About Chelsea Johnson

A lifelong resident of Quispamsis, Chelsea has deep roots in the community and a passion for homesteading and create natural spaces. Life on the farm has shaped her love for hard work, authenticity, and connection to the land.
As a proud parent of two, Chelsea has been an active supporter of local schools, community sports, and theatre groups. Giving back has always been a way of life—whether it’s volunteering behind the scenes or cheering from the sidelines.
Real estate runs in the family. As a second-generation Realtor, Chelsea has a keen interest in land development and has played a role in shaping the local landscape through projects like Sunset Ridge Subdivision, Chelsea Drive, Addison Court, Belleisle Bay lots, The Junction Driving Range, and Nordic Drive in Sussex, NB.
Over the past 18 years, Chelsea has had the privilege of helping countless friends, families, and clients through every stage of homeownership—whether it’s buying that first home, upsizing for a growing family, or finding the perfect place to downsize.
